Our Mission

DBS has participated in the United Nations Global Compact since 2010, and has therefore pledged itself to the adoption of social responsibility via the observance of human rights, labour standards, environmental protection, and the fight against corruption.  DBS adheres to the Global Compact and its principles and goals in strategies, culture, business practices, and the course content of the Düsseldorf Business School.

The Düsseldorf Business School is likewise a Member of the German Global Compact Network, which promotes quality assurance and supports the realization of the Global Compact in the local context through dialogue, education, and project work.  Furthermore, through the strength of common action, the social engagement of businesses should be encouraged; through this, business can be a part of the solution, when the issue is to meet the challenges of globalization.
